Sumy State University

Established in the year 1992, Sumy State University provides quality education to the medical aspirants from Ukraine and foreign countries.

From the time of its existence, the university has proved a world-class education to its students. Hence, until today, it is a leading university in Ukraine.

The University is offering a 6-year MBBS in Ukraine in Russian, Ukrainian, and English language. During the six years of the MBBS course, the university offers clinical studies and training beginning the second year of the MBBS program.

Students are encouraged to attend many seminars, conferences, summer practices, and other academic mobility programs.

According to the QS World University Rankings, Sumy State University ranked the Top-5 position as the best Higher Educational Institutions of Ukraine. The State Accreditation Committee of Ukraine awarded Sumy State University with the IV level of accreditation in Ukraine.

The university is classified with high research intensity, where about 14,000 students are currently pursuing their higher studies at the university. Out of the mentioned number of students, about 1750 are international students from 50 different countries in the world. Up-to-date, the university has trained more than 2000 doctors.
